Our History

Our history is amazing! The Sea Cadets 9-1-1 was formed at the Naval Station Great Lakes in 1959 - the first Naval Sea Cadet Corps unit. Today there are 300 active units around the country

Our Program

Located in Great Lakes, Illinois, U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Division 9-1-1 offers a leadership development program for kids ages 10 and up. Learn about our unit and ask questions!
